The Wedding Sales Manager position is responsible for selling and coordinating wedding events and achieving or exceeding sales goals while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Successful candidate will be hardworking and experienced sales professional, motivated, elf-starter with a great personality and ability to manage time well, even if working independently, but also work as part of a collaborative team. This position will be employed by LaBelle Winery (LW) and it’s affiliate companies such as Jackson Lucas Events. Leadership qualities are a must; must be able to motivate yourself and team to strive for excellent guest service at all times. Must have an eye for detail.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Embody our Core Values at all times
  • Maintain all aspects of the LW Brand in a manner consistent with LW policies and vision
  • Sell wedding contracts to potential brides and grooms
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, professional manner, and in accordance with company policy
  • Conduct facility tours with guests interested in having their wedding with LW
  • Develop BEOs and accurately communicate with the LaBelle Winery team regarding events
  • Conduct planning meetings with clients and provide thorough notes, floor plans, and planning documents as needed.
  • Communicate closely with the Event Management team and assist in overseeing events when needed.
  • Meet sales goals and strategize ways to improve sales when numbers are low

Facilities Coordination

  • Work in concert with our Facilities Manager to ensure that the facility is maintained properly and in “guest perfect” condition to present to guests at all times

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years related experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
  • Highly motivated and quality driven
  • Detail oriented, excel while multi-tasking
  • Strong communication skills

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to sit/stand for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Ability to work in a food/wine environment
Salary: Full time, $27.00- $29.00 hourly based on experience, commission plan.
