We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties:

- Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Provide menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items
- Assist servers with taking orders and delivering food when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Handle phone calls and make reservations using the POS system
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely seating and service
- Address any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of POS system is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
